- LISD Seeks Feedback in Annual Hazardous Bus Route Evaluation for 2024–25 December 18, 2024LISD is seeking feedback from our community as the district begins its annual review of hazardous bus routes within 2 miles of a campus. We want to hear from families about concerns on current walking routes to school. The district will use this input in planning our hazardous routes assessments.
- LEEF Grant Helps Improve Training For New Bus Drivers October 29, 2024Last year, LEEF awarded the Leander ISD Transportation department with a $5,000 grant to improve the current training program for new bus drivers. Bus Operator Scott Colvin used the grant money to purchase better tools for creating training videos and podcasts.
