Visual Transition Planning Tools
LISD uses a variety of visual transition planning tools to facilitate collaboration to help determine what plans, goals, and outcomes may need to be put in place. Visual transition planning tools may include the following student centered tools:
- VISIT (Visual Interactive Support in Transition)

- AEPT (Adult Employment Profile Tool)
