Summer Learning
Summer learning promotes an early start to academic thinking and skill application while supporting common experiences that foster immediate instructional opportunities once students arrive on campus in August. Summer Reading for All (SR4A)
To help combat the “Summer Slide,” Leander ISD encourages all students and parents to continue reading all year long. Closing the gap, eliminating the summer slide, and promoting a life-long love of reading – one book, one kid at a time! Check out the SR4A page for more information.
Summer Meals 2025
