At Leander ISD, we are committed to providing a high-quality education at every campus. However, we recognize that there may be situations where a family prefers for their child to attend a school outside of their zoned campus.
For currently enrolled students, we offer a transfer request opportunity to campuses/grade levels with space available each spring during March. Please review the transfer information below for both currently enrolled and new-to-district students.
If you have questions or concerns about your child’s current campus, we encourage you to reach out to the campus administration for support.
For families with incoming Kindergarten students or New to Leander ISD, including those currently enrolled in LISD Pre-K program, a dedicated “New-to-District” transfer request window will be available in May 2025. Please note that enrollment must be completed after April 1st to qualify for this window.
For questions please email [email protected].
