Project Scope
Replace sinks with hand-washing stations that utilize updated technology.
Hand-wash sinks at the specified campuses are more than 25 years old. Parts are expensive due to limited availability. The sinks do not work consistently, costing more in a technician’s time than what new technology and a simplified hand-washing station could offer.

The Job Order Contractor – American Constructors – performed site evaluations, looking at the plumbing, electrical, etc. They then ordered the necessary parts.
